Floating plants are one of the single best ways of filtering out toxic chemicals (e.g. ammonia, heavy metals, etc.) from your water. They provide natural cover for shrimp and fish and look amazing in an aquarium.
We try not to have snails/pests but it happens. We remove any visible imperfections before shipment. However, to be 100% certain, we suggest that you either a 1:20 ratio bleach to water dip or wash the plants.
SHIPPING: Shipping is free for trackable first-class mail, or you can upgrade to Priority Mail if you would like. We only ship on Monday to Wednesday. If the forecasted temperature in Los Angeles or your address is above 100° F in the coming days, we may hold your order to ship it out when the temperature drops back down to a safe level. Note that this can cause the shipping time to be delayed past Etsy's estimate, but is necessary to ensure you receive good quality plants.
ARRIVAL: Plants may turn partly yellow/brown during shipping and roots may be damaged. That is OK—the plants are extremely resilient and will begin multiplying within several days of being placed in your tank. What you are buying should be viewed as a "seed" from which you will eventually get many.
RETURNS: If you believe you received dead plants, you must send us a photo of the plants in their original packaging within 3 hours of when USPS delivered the item. Please contact us before leaving negative feedback and we will work with you to make it right. Our customer's satisfaction is our #1 concern. Thank you!
