    The
    German Legion of Honor
    medal was a commemorative award issued to WWI  veterans during the Weimar period. This is a replica ribbon bar device for medal.  It is a gilt die-cast device with two prongs for mounting to the ribbon.  The device has an oak wreath with a bow at the bottom and a single sword.
