Fitment:
Engine position (fore/aft or height) may need to be adjusted for clearance, depending on application.
Fits most LS engines, except LS7 or LS9 dry sump applications. Requires the use of LS3 style dipstick and tube: GM #12669528 and 12625031, respectively.
Will
not fit
GM G platform (G-Body) applications.
Fits 1955-87 GM/Muscle Car/Classic Car/Trucks Cars requiring more clearance at the front half of the oil pan. Great for 1967-69 Camaro/Firebird, 1968-74 Nova/Apollo/Ventura/Omega, 1982-92 F-body and 1964-72 A-Body applications like Chevelle, El Camino, GTO, Skylark, 4-4-2, GS and many others.

Oil filter: AC Delco PF48/PF48E, Mobil M1-113, Wix 57060, K&N HP-1017, or equivalent
Requires use of LS3 dipstick (GM part #12669528) and tube (GM part #12625031)

It provides maximum clearance to the chassis and ground, plus provides an OEM fitment for durability and proper sealing.
