    Description

    Here is a beautiful Marblehead Pottery undecorated vase in one of their classic hand thrown ovoid shapes. It is covered in a smooth, lavender, lightly speckled glaze.  The pottery was founded in Massachusetts by Dr Herbert Hall, run by Arthur Baggs, and dates to about 1915.  This piece measures 4 1/8 inches tall and 5 3/4 inches in diameter at the widest.   It is in great condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs, or firing flaws.
