The engine has a light coating of oil so wood dust from a miter saw I use in the garage has settled on it. It is brand new and not modified. What you see is ALL that is included. Sorry I cannot answer questions about whether throttles and other stuff is included. All I can do is send more pictures.
The cap and everything else is ORIGINAL and I've included a photo of the cap off so you can see it has never been used. This was sitting in my parents garage just as it is now for years. I have no idea what happened to the handle and I can't ask my dad.
These are great edgers and new ones with Honda engines cost 9. The cost for replacement parts is incredibly high so someone handy can replace the handle or part it out.
It would be a great deal for someone that has a broken edger that they can use for parts. Its only a so-so deal if you have to buy new parts from McLane and pay shipping.
