Description
The most popular of all Airmax® systems, the Pond Series™ Aeration Systems are powerful enough to aerate ponds up to 4 acres and can be adapted to fit uniquely-shaped ponds. The single plate PS10 system is excellent for smaller or regularly shaped ponds, while the four plate PS40 is perfect for larger or irregularly shaped ponds.The heart of the Pond Series™ Aeration System is the SilentAir™ Rocking Piston Compressor, which works effectively while costing as little as /month. Integrated air regulator simplifies airflow-management and vibration-reducing rubber feet ensure quiet operation. The entire compressor unit is protected by the Airmax® Composite Cabinet, which combines weather protection with a ventilation fan and high-density air intake filter to keep the compressor, cool, clean and dry. An elevated base protects hardware from flood or rainwater damage, and the cabinet is protected by a lifetime warranty (2 Year Warranty on electrical components).
Air is delivered by EasySet™ Airline, which is resistant to rips and tears and is weighted in order to stay submerged and out of sight, to the virtually maintenance-free ProAir™-4 Weighted Diffuser, which have an innovative sled design that remains submerged while maintaining an upright position. The high-efficiency, low-maintenance membrane sticks release air into the water column with the efficacy of airstones -- without all the maintenance! Each diffuser also has an integrated check valve to protect the compressor from back-pressure.
