  • Condition: In excellent condition. Very little wear or surface scratches. One two-inch portion of the ruler is slightly darker. It looks as if a label or band was once affixed in this area and UV exposure lightened the surrounding wood. Markings are crisp and read, "The Kellogg French Tailor System Patented Dec. 21 1888 Square Patented Dec 25, 1883 Battlecreek, Mich." Measures 24 inches x 12 inches when extended. Inches are marked on both sides. Ruler is collapsible when brass french curve is disconnected and ruler is folded at the hinge.
