Dimensions:
The face is 4" wide and 3.4" tall.  The insert is 3.75" deep.
Hitch pin holes from the back face to the center of hole are 2.1", 2.6", and 3.1".  The hole size is 5/8" to fit common hitch pins.

New in manufacturer’s plastic packaging
Finish – machine tooling marks are present on surface of the part due to additive manufacturing process (3-D printing) and are NORMAL. This part will NOT have a traditional smooth plastic surface and looks more like a machined part.  See photos for detail.
Parts have a  slightly glossy or satin sheen
