Reproduction natural  leather   German Frog for 98/05 Butcher bayonet scabbard.
Brown leather belt frog for carrying the M1898/05 sword bayonet and  M1898/05 a/A bayonet.
Carter classified this frog as #267.
Length :  9,06  in ( 230 mm )
Width :  2.64  in ( 67 mm )
Far superior to other reproductions on the market, especially the low quality ones from China (This is the European  production )
This frog is a high quality, faithful reproduction.  This is an ideal alternative to an expensive original.  Great for the Re-enactor.
Made from old 3-4 mm leather looks the same as original
The leather is dark, slightly  marked with age wrinkles and surface cracking.
